Now Drag Images in Gmail

Posted by : on May 12, 2010 – 6:46 pm2 Comments

Few days back Google updated Gmail’s attachment feature enabling, users to just attach files by dragging them into the message. Now comes another feature upgrade, users can insert images in the mail just by dragging them in between of the body of letter.

It will look like an image is pasted in the message but it is not. It is a simple drag and drop operation. The best thing about it is that you don’t have to have the insert image lab enabled for it to work. Just drag the image in, resize it if you want, and send. Receiver of the mail can then download it to his computer by a selecting “Save image as” from the left click menu appearing on image.

Presently this feature is working in Google Chrome only.
