Few days back Twitter’s official Help page got a new look with many easy to understand and simple features. Now you can get support faster and more effective than before. Here are some of the enhancement twitter support team has done.

1. You will notice an option of translate page into different foreign languages like French, Italian, Spanish and Dutch. They are soon coming up with Japanese translation.
2. It is more organized and clean look, they tried to made the navigation of Help page as simpler they can. Check out the categories Twitter Basic, Something Not Working and Report a Violation, down under each category is some very common problems and their solutions are listed or click “view all”.
3. There are 4 more options in that “blue” area. Special supports for queries related to Mobile and Business or check the twitter official blog or their official status blog.
4. To add more, twitter help page is integrated with @anywhere API, this makes easy to follow users commented on your tickets or retweet their comment.
5. You can also get direct support. Just send a reply to @support with the question and the hash tag #foshiz, like @support How to add a profile pic? #foshiz
