A few days back while I was customizing Thesis, I realized that I don’t want text wrapped up around the thumbnails. It doesn’t look good and symmetrical when text gets wrapped up around thumbnails. I started looking for the solution, search through forums, asked the support team.

A featured post slideshow is many times a good way to show your latest posts or posts from your favorite category. I always wished to add a featured slideshow to Thesis theme and searched for a number of tutorials. But most of them used bulky gallery plugins which was not my choice.

A few days back, WordPress3.0 was launched, everyone was excited to check out this newer version with a lot of new features. Soon after the launch many people upgraded and some of them had to suffer as well. Especially, thesis users had issues with the “Custom File Editor”.

Soon after the launch of final release of WordPress 3.0, dashboards of all the WordPress users have come up with the “WordPress 3.0 is available! Please update now.” But to be on safer side it also suggests you to keep a backup of your existing data.

The most awaited WordPress 3.0 is on roll now. It has been named as “Thelonious” and was launched yesterday with many exciting features. To my surprise, I discovered the first bug when I clicked “Custom File Editor” in “Thesis Options”.

Finally, the wait is over..!!! WordPress has announced the launch of Version 3.0, “Thelonious”. The beta version was released a few months back and the final edition is now available for download.

A few days back, one of my posts was deleted accidently. It was an important post and writing it back was not possible as I didn’t exactly remember the content I had put. Also, the post had to be present on the blog to keep all the incoming links intact. I knew that since the post had been deleted from the Trash as well, it must not be even present in the database. Yet, I thought why not have a look at the DB once.
