Google Buzz Simpler and Quicker

by Aditya Joshi on April 23, 2010

Google is constantly working on making simpler and user friendly apps. Google takes in account the suggestions and requests made to it. Recently it has made three small and useful changes.

First: Interesting posts delivered to your inbox automatically

Earlier when we found any post interesting we had to make certain comments on it to get it delivered to inbox. Now onwards this will not be required. One has to just click the down arrow in the upper right hand corner of the post and from the emerging menu select the “Deliver to inbox” option. Big Benefit is saving of time.

Second: Get rid of unwanted and unnecessary comments

Suppose you started a conversation among your buddies on google buzz and due to some reason or other the conversation losses direction or people started taking it otherwise what can you do? Google buzz is now loaded with a helpful feature. Again you have to click on the upper right hand corner and select the option of “Disable comments.” This again keeps the conversation in your control.

Third: Source link captured.

If you are sharing some interesting piece of news among your friends and they wanted to know the source they had to ask you about it and you were supposed to tell them by replying or sending a mail to them. This made the conversation needlessly lengthy. Not anymore. Buzz will capture the source/source link with its improved feature of favicon. Link will be transmitted along with the news or content hence helping the conversation become precise.

These new features are undoubtedly very useful and show that Google “cares” and knows what to deliver to its users to help them connect in a better, easier and quicker manner.
