Google Got a New Look

Google keeps updating its products time to time. In a span of a month many updates and changes are done by the Google like introduction of Virtual Keyboards, addingSimilar feature to search, Drag and Drop of attachments in gmail etc.

To make search more convenient Google now brings us the left hand side navigation panel. Here you will find relevant tools which will help you refine your query. Left hand Navigation panel is powered by Universal Search, the Search Options panel and Google Squared. All these three technologies have been researched in past three years by the google.

As you enter your query the results displayed comes from Universal Search, You can switch to desired result by opting it form the left hand panel like news, images, blogs and books. You can select timeframe of your search results from latest to things updated an year ago.

“Something Different” which uses Google Squared Technology allows you to search other relevant topics to your query.

Small changes in color scheme and logo gives the Google a new look.
