Google Wave Goes Public

No more invitation needed to login in into Google Wave. It is now available for everyone. You can join it by simply going to wave.google.com and completing the sign in formalities. Google Apps administrator at a business, school or organization, can now easily enable Google Wave for all users at no extra cost.

Wave is a real time social media platform of Google. It’s a combination of chat, wiki, email and document sharing system.

Starting six months back Wave was offered only to some Google apps user. Feedback of teams and people working closely on projects helped in betterment of it. And they also found it much easier and convenient than other platforms.

Though, because of its highly typical features, wave was not much adopted by large number of internet users, especially Google Lovers. But now, the wave team has introduced many new features making it more flexible, easy to use and understand.

Moreover features like email notification on change of wave, remove participants added by mistake and permission management options give it a winning edge.
