Our world is full of wonderful, amazing, mysterious and beautiful things, but not every time our 3 lb brain can understand everything going around us. There are many un-answerable questions and queries popped in our mind but we find our self unanswerable and mum. One such question is “Do Ghosts Really Exist?” Many debates and researches are going on but till now nobody came up with any strong proof of existence or non-existence of Ghosts. Although it’s far from science and close to the fiction but there is mystery which never solved.
There are millions of stories claiming the presence of something unseen, scary and weird but there are very less people who really don’t believe in Ghosts. Ghosts have their strong role in even fairy tales. Few days back I came across one online community on orkut social network where members simply loves to talk about ghosts, their personal experiences and those world’s most haunted places and spots they visited.
Ghost- Believe It Or Not! Is a best place to hang online if you love to visit graveyards after midnight or you are watching an unknown shadow in your bedroom. This online community on orkut is a scariest hullabaloo ride for Ghost lovers, Ghost haters or Ghosts themselves. With more than 98000 members and nearly 10000 topics posted in this one of the largest ghost community on any social network.
This community is created under the banner of Neelam’s Communities and by the creator Neelam Singh, who is also one most active orkut user. It’s a commendable job of moderators that made Ghost believe it or not a successful forum community which stands out from all.
Although the main attraction of this online community is member’s personal experiences and encounters with ghosts and all those hoo-ha things but there are many other interesting threads which are also well nourished by members. Some topics like “Be a devil magician” where every member has to turn the other member into insect, animal, witches by their magical power is a funny game thread, many competitions and even a small flock formed inside this huge group with the name “Ghost Club Of This Community”. Scariest movie threads, debates, polls on ghosts, scary dreams and lots of topics are well discussed in this active community.
By looking at threads and topics it’s just another teenage online community but when you get involved then I am sure you will find yourself in ghost’s company, I am not joking. My first half an hour in this group affected me so badly that I can’t get any other words from my mind except blood, death, ghosts, graveyard, black magic, unknown shadow, reincarnation, that small woman without head etc. So, if you have interest in any of these words then there is nowhere you can go except this online group of orkut social network.
All these years we social networkers has witnessed many creative, useful, informative, good and even bad use of social network websites. Talking about Ghost on social network looks unusual but I never met a single person in my life that never experienced any creepy thing in his/her life, name it anything either ghost or myth but you cannot ignore that there is an unknown world inside this world. I enjoyed being in Ghost Community, yes scared a bit…not by ghosts but those crazy members out there. They have guts no doubt but Its a friendly advice “not to be friend with ghosts” lol
