Pakistan is behind this that doesnt mean that the government of pakistan is doing this officially. But there are few pakistani cities which are in government's hand as far as we know (obvioulsy through internation media and news channels) rest all cities have been captured by people belongs to taliban kind of groups or "kabila" group. so the point is they must be doing these kind of act just spread terror. but what every country wants from pakistan to control them. personally i never blamed pakistani people and goverment for this attack but we want them to take action against these groups who are not only harming india and other country including pakistan. pakistan had also gone into the sadness of JW marriot and the balst after mumbai terror. so its not the question of pakistani goverment and people but the groups who doesnt want to live and let live. pakistan admits or not but its all coz of them.
