Crawling back to the popular Twitter Updates has now been made easier by Google. Google has announced the launch of its new real-time search service “Replay it”. “Replay it”, the new Google Search service lets you search Twitter Archives. With this you can always get back into the discussions which you missed earlier. This new feature helps you search and explore the public archive of tweets.

According to Dylan Casey, Product Manager for Real-Time Search

Starting today, you can zoom to any point in time and “replay” what people were saying publicly about a topic on Twitter.

To try it out, you simply need to click “Updates” option on Search Results Page. You will find a chart at the top of your search results. This chart is the Twitter Timeline. In the chart you can select year, month, date or time. When you click on any of the dates on the chart, a new chart appears with a Timeline. Simply click on “time” and the hot trends during that time period would be displayed as a search result.
