Lately, many new features have been introduced by Orkut. Today, there are some more changes you can notice on your orkut profile. This time, Orkut status updates, comments and chat gets more detailed look and touch.
1. Comments and updates with time stamps
It’s more like facebook status updates where you can see what time you posted or updated your status and when your friends commented on it. Now, orkut status and comments will show you time when it’s being updated and commented.
2. Bigger and squared pictures
Thumbnail image of your friends who commented on your status will be displayed in bigger and square format. You don’t need to change your image size; it’s all cropped by itself.
3. Comments with hover cards
Put your mouse over the name of your friends commented on your status, you will see a small hover card appear which will last for few seconds, you can see profile pic of that person to recognize. The orkut blog says, it will also show your additional information but I didn’t found any additional info except the profile pic.
4. Bubbles for friends on chat
Look for small bubbles on your friend’s pic, green for online, orange for away, and red for busy click it and a chat window will appear in the bottom of your page. This make chat easier.

Hmm… may be you can see these changes in future. But I am not so sure about it. Profile visits is not something which everyone like on orkut.
